FAQ's
Who can attend?
Children aged 7–11 years old. No prior tech experience is needed — just curiosity and imagination!
Do parents need to stay during the sessions?
No — this is a drop-off club. Parents are welcome to stay for the first few minutes if their child is nervous, but after that, they can leave and return for pick-up.
Do children need to bring a laptop or any equipment?
No! Laptops and all creative materials are provided. Children only need to bring themselves (and maybe a water bottle).
What if my child misses a session?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for missed sessions as materials and staffing are planned in advance. However, your child is welcome to rejoin at the next session.
Is this a religious program?
The club is inspired by Christian values such as kindness, honesty, and perseverance but is open and welcoming to all children, regardless of background or faith. Each week, in between creative activities, we’ll explore one of these positive values together through short stories and discussions, helping children grow in both skill and character.
How many children will be in each group?
We aim for around 15–20 children per group to ensure each child gets support and space to create confidently.
What safety measures are in place?
All facilitators are DBS checked, safeguarding-trained, and there will always be at least two adults present. The program follows a detailed safeguarding policy and risk assessment.
Can I register for just one session?
No, this is a 6-week program designed to build skills and confidence over time. We recommend attending the full block for the best experience.
Will there be snacks?
Yes! We provide a small, nut-free snack during each session (for example: fruit, crackers, or a biscuit) and water. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when you register.
